The mall’s design, inspired by the region’s lush hills, aims to create an aspirational retail and lifestyle hub for the community. The development includes safe on-grade parking, strong security, a food court, entertainment areas, art installations, free Wi-Fi, and a children’s play zone. Over R70 million is being invested in upgrading surrounding roads, bridges, and transport access, in collaboration with local taxi associations. The tenant mix combines major national retailers and local businesses, featuring top fashion brands such as TFG, Mr Price, Truworths, Retailability, Studio 88, and Pepkor, alongside popular food chains like Nando’s, Roman’s Pizza, Hungry Lion, and Famous Brands. Financial institutions including Capitec, FNB, Absa, and Old Mutual will also open branches.
